Our Convotherm cleaning products range includes ConvoClean Forte a high strength cleaning agent, ConvoClean New a moderate strength cleaning agent and ConvoCare K a rinse aid and neutraliser. Using liquid cleaners means that no residues are left in the cooking chamber. Our S range of products also caters for single dose use.

ConvoClean Forte

ConvoClean Forte is a high strength Convotherm cleaning product specially formulated to work with the Convotherm range of ConvoClean built-in automatic washing systems. ConvoClean Forte is ideal for ovens that have heavy use and require a higher strength cleaning to help eliminate the risk of fire by removing food particles and grease from the interior of your oven and leave it clean and hygienic. ConvoClean Forte can be used in your automatic washing system and also to spot clean as needed.

ConvoClean New

ConvoClean New is a moderate strength Convotherm cleaning product specially formulated to work with the Convotherm range of ConvoClean built-in automatic washing systems. It can also be paired with a manual sprayer to remove food particles, grease, and leave the interior of your combi oven clean and sanitised. ConvoClean New can be used in your automatic washing system and also to spot clean as needed. ConvoClean New is ideal for ovens that have moderate use.

ConvoCare K

ConvoCare K is a rinse aid designed to be mixed with water in a manual sprayer to help you rinse and sanitise your oven after cleaning. ConvoCare K aids faster drying, ensures a hassle-free clean-up and helps acts as a neutraliser.
