All of our Convotherm 4 and Mini Series combi ovens come with our ConvoClean or ConvoClean+ automatic cleaning systems. The ConvoClean automatic cleaning systems are developed for maximum flexibility with minimum consumption and our new operating functions and single dosage caters for every usage profile.

Our ConvoClean automatic cleaning systems remove the risk of coming into direct contact with harmful chemicals during the cleaning process and ensure your ovens are clean, hygienic and meet health and safety standards. ConvoClean automatic washing systems work with our range of Convotherm cleaning products to remove food particles, grease and to sanitise and neutralise your ovens.

Our ConvoClean range includes our ConvoClean+ in easyTouch and our ConvoClean in easyDial, both systems provide a fully automatic cleaning system to achieve optimum hygiene whenever you need it. With four selectable cleaning levels available our ConvoClean systems cater for every usage profile from light to heavy use.

Our Convotherm cleaning products range includes ConvoClean Forte a high strength cleaning agent, ConvoClean New a moderate strength cleaning agent and ConvoCare K a rinse aid and neutraliser. Using liquid cleaners means that no residues are left in the cooking chamber. Our S range of products also caters for single dose use.

All of our Convotherm cleaning products are environmentally friendly, meet ISO standards and are Halal and Kosher certified. Our range of Convotherm cleaning products are optimally balanced for use with all Convotherm combi steamers.
